5. Warranty

• New devices come with the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 12–24 months).
• Warranty claims must be made through us or directly with the manufacturer as instructed.
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
• Refurbished devices, where sold, will have warranty terms clearly stated at the point of sale.

6. Returns and Refunds

• You have 14 days to return unused items in original packaging.
• Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Repairs and Services

• Repair quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days.
• We are not responsible for data loss during repairs. Please back up your device before handing it in.
• Repaired devices carry a 90-day warranty on the repair work performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechClickBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
